1. My book Lyrical Lines is now available! I use blind contour drawing to deliver a visual who's who of Canada's roots music scene in some of Winnipeg's most venerable music venues. Available at the Folk Exchange as well as by mail from me. email me at j_culleton@yahoo.com for a copy

3. My band The Minglers is putting the finishing touches on our newest album, recorded in Winnipeg Beach by Jaxon Haldane. Stay tuned, it'll be wicked.

So the story behind this repainting...The person who purchased the first Materra took it home and felt it looked small on their wall(30" x 40"). we agreed on a commission to do a 3' x 7' version of the painting. I used a new drawing for this painting. The painting changed considerably, and it was an exciting exercise. The person who commissioned it was very happy.

This is a great piece.
You've got an abundance of attention and a solid esthetic...at least to these eyes.
